Recalculating your body weight

Staying healthy and living long on earth is determined by what you take into your body, but more especially your body weight is most important. Like most people usually claim, that having a huge body weight is a good sign of living. It is a fallacy, because you’re your body weight is not true to be a sign of good living.

Lots of people don’t pay attention to their body weight to estimate, if they are obese or normal. Researchers are still to determine, what percentage of body fat count as obesity or when your weight is normal is normal depending on one’s age and sex.

Obesity increase risk of serious health problems such as heart disease, diabetes, abnormal cholesterol level, high blood pressure and metabolic syndrome.

Recalculating your weight always is of huge uppermost importance, since our body weight determines our health status, if you fail to check your weight always, you can be inviting trouble in the future. Watching your weight too also is very important.

Ones weight also determines its health status. If you are adding or reducing in weight, it proves something is wrong. It is not good to be obese and also not good to drop too much weight.

If you are adding too much weight and getting too fat, it means you are eating too much or something else is involved. Dropping too much weight also proves you are not taking many essentials into your body or you are sick of illness.

Despite age or sex, for a adult if you have a weight of more than 120kg, it is not good and if your weight is also less than 40kg, it is still not good. This means you don’t need to be higher than 120kg and lower than 40kg. A weight of between 50 to 100kg is recommendable. For children, there is no need to recalculate theirs, they are still growing up, but are expected to eat healthy and essential foods.

It is time to recalculate your body weight, so you won’t fall prey to any illness. It is also advisable to see a doctor or your health manager to always check your weight. Your weight is an identity of, how healthy you are. So stay healthy and safe by always checking your weight.
